We had an enjoyable stay in this hotel. The location is excellent, situated at the heart of the city. We were able to explore the top attractions with ease. Additionally, the hotel facilities are impressive - the spa zone on the 53rd floor provided us with a relaxing experience. Furthermore, we loved the panoramic view of the city from our room. Cleanliness was also top-notch, ensuring that we felt comfortable during our stay.

The views from the hotel were breathtaking, especially during the Christmas season. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to tourist sites. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of food options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms could use some updating as they felt a bit outdated. The wifi was a bit spotty and slow at times.

Great views and friendly staff! the panoramic windows in the room offered stunning views of the city and the staff at the restaurant and reception were very friendly and helpful. the location was also very convenient, close to public transportation and shopping centers. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods to choose from.
The room design was a bit outdated and the Wi-Fi was a bit difficult to connect to. the noise level from other rooms and the hallway was a bit high, making it hard to sleep at times.

The hotel's location was perfect as it was located in the heart of the city close to the famous Vysotsky museum. the staff was knowledgeable and kindly provided us with free tickets to the museum. the room was well decorated and the bathroom was clean and spacious. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food options and the staff provided excellent service.
The lack of English speaking personnel in the restaurant made it difficult to communicate our dietary restrictions.
